A Warsaw architect who was born on 4th December 1897. In 1927, he began studies at the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology. He was a member of the Gdynia Branch of the Association of Polish Architects and a co-owner of the company Biuro Architektoniczne Włodzimierz Prochaska, Stanisław Garliński, Tadeusz Jędrzejewski – inżynierowie architekci which operated in Gdynia in 1928-1939, In this period, he designed several Gdynia buildings, like the Pręczkowski family’s tenement house in 10-12 Kościuszki Square. Garliński participated in the September campaign. In the sprig of 1940, he died in Katyń at the age of 43.
