Architect and urban planner who was born in 1906 in Warsaw. He finished architectural studies at the Warsaw University of Technology in 1933. In 1933-1939, he was a member of the Warsaw Branch of the Association of Polish Architects. After 1945, he belonged to the Gdynia Branch. Together with Tadeusz Sieczkowski, he won the competition to develop the South Pier and the area around it. The duo also designed the building of the Polish Seamen’s Home. Damięcki is also the designer of the YMCA building in Gdynia, co-designed with Stefan Koziński.
He died in 1994.
